Dr San Tram Anh is an early career post harvest researcher focusing on premium fruit and food products. She is currently involved in mango packhouse and processing projects. Dr Anh is keen to be involved in research for development and training industry researchers in postharvest technology and food safety procedures. She is developing her knowledge and experience in a number of  mango research projects.

Mr Le Thu Lam is a chief accountant for SIAEP. He has over 28 years’ experience in business management on pre- and post-harvest projects in value chain and economic analysis, with specific interest in fruits and vegetables. Mr Lam has participated in several international studies with project roles in training, inspection, monitoring, economic analysis and evaluation of value chains.

Ngo Van Binh
Sub-Institute of Agriculture Engineering and Post-Harvest Technology, Ho Chi Minh City
Mr Ngo Van Binh is the Manager of the General, Scientific Management and Internation Cooperation Department. He has over 12 years of research experience in the area of fruit preservation, with interests in fruit post-harvest technology and the requirements of VietGAP and GLOBALGAP standards. He is using his expertise in the mango supply development project.

Tran Thi Kim Oanh
Sub-Institute of Agriculture Engineering and Post-Harvest Technology, Ho Chi Minh City
Ms Tran Thi Kim is engaged in food processing and food preserving technology research. She has over 10 years research experience, specially working in a recent UNIDO project focused on developing an excellence model for harvesting, pre-processing, packing and preservation of mango in the Mekong River Delta region. Ms Oanh will further develop her knowledge and experience in the mango supply chain development project.

Leizel Secretaria
University of the Philippines Mindanao, Davao City
Ms Leizel Secretaria is an early career researcher in the postharvest management of horticulture crops. She is currently studying for a master’s degree in biology at the University of Southeastern Philippines. Leizel is currently a team member in the ACIAR project on postharvest management improvements for fruit and vegetables in the Southern Philippines. She is developing her knowledge and experience in the Mango Quality project.
